Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. If you cancel during a billing period, you will continue to have access until the end of that period.
We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period following notice.

The Service, including its design, features, software, and content (excluding user content and public data), is owned by MarketSavvy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Much of the financial data displayed through the Service is derived from public government sources (SEC, congressional disclosures, etc.). Our proprietary interest is in the compilation, analysis, presentation, and alerting functionality we provide.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
By opting in to alerts, you agree to receive automated SMS messages and/or emails from MarketSavvy. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. See our SMS Terms for details.
You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP or adjusting your preferences in account settings. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in each email.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or unauthorized access.
YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
