MarketSavvy SMS Alert Program

MarketSavvy offers optional SMS alerts as one of several notification channels for market intelligence, trading alerts, and account notifications. SMS messaging is entirely optional and is not required to use MarketSavvy or any of its features. By providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox, you agree to receive automated text messages at the mobile number you provide.

What Messages You Will Receive

When you opt in to SMS alerts, you may receive text messages including but not limited to:

  • Insider Trading Alerts - Notifications when corporate insiders buy or sell shares matching your criteria
  • Politician Trading Alerts - Updates on congressional stock transactions
  • Institutional Trading Alerts - Hedge fund and institutional investor activity notifications
  • Price Alerts - Stock price movement notifications based on your configured thresholds
  • Earnings Alerts - Company earnings announcement notifications
  • Government Contract Alerts - Federal contract award notifications
  • Account Notifications - Important updates about your MarketSavvy account

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your alert preferences and market activity. You control which alerts you receive and can configure rate limits in your account settings. Typical users receive between 1-20 messages per week depending on their alert configuration and market conditions.

Costs and Charges

Message and data rates may apply. MarketSavvy does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for each text message you receive according to your mobile plan. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by using any of these methods:

  • Reply STOP - Text STOP to any message you receive from us
  • Account Settings - Disable SMS notifications in your MarketSavvy account under Alert Preferences
  • Contact Support - Email us at support@marketsavvy.com

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS alerts from MarketSavvy. You can opt back in at any time through your account settings.

Supported Carriers

Your phone number and SMS preferences are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is only used to deliver the SMS alerts you have requested.

MarketSavvy and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and their policies. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
