SMS messaging is entirely optional and is not required to use MarketSavvy or any of its features. By providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox, you agree to receive automated text messages at the mobile number you provide.

Message frequency varies based on your alert preferences and market activity. You control which alerts you receive and can configure rate limits in your account settings. Typical users receive between 1-20 messages per week depending on their alert configuration and market conditions.
Message and data rates may apply. MarketSavvy does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for each text message you receive according to your mobile plan. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

SMS alerts are supported on most major US carriers including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and many regional carriers. Carrier support may vary and some carriers may not support all message types.
Your phone number and SMS preferences are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is only used to deliver the SMS alerts you have requested.
MarketSavvy and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and their policies. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
